Prepayment is encouraged when the booking is made via the internet by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and a voucher receipt will be issued that is to be shown on boarding.We do not have the facility to accept card payments. Cheques should be made payable to Cruiseability.

If you prefer cash payments, the skipper allocated will take the money on the day prior to boarding.
Schools and Groups will be invoiced directly.

Please note that sessions may be cancelled at short notice at the discretion of the Skipper only as on the water activities are weather dependent. In this instance we will endeavour to rebook you on a different day. Cancellation later than 48 hours before the session by the participants will still result in full payment being required.
